I truly believe that living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body as well as a healthy mind.

​I have  always been into fitness and in my younger days I had the privilege to represent Scotland in both middle and long distance running.

​My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise programme that fits your needs and guide you personally through every exercise and every workout.
