Exercise in the comfort of my home or yours or interactively through Zoom meetings. Maybe you feel uncomfortable in a gym situation. You will receive my sole attention, nobody will be judging or watching you. You can also avoid the hustle and bustle of gyms. I use a combination of free weights, resistance bands, barbells, kettlebells, gym ball and body weight to help you achieve your goals.

To further enhancement my knowledge and skills i am currently studying a diploma in sports massage.
The effects of sports massage are not singular but can be broken down into three components: physiological, physical, and psychological. The course I am undertaking explains how sports massage benefits each area and details particular benefits to the body, both before and after a sports event.
I am learning sports massage techniques used in this therapy, covering Myofascial Release (MFR) Technique, Effleurage, Petrissage, Friction, and Tapotement, along with other massage techniques.
This will entail me to learn how to take these skills and apply them in my own sports massage practice and fitness business.. Also it is teaching me how to create an environment that is aligned with your goals and expectations, and the equipment you’ll need, both day-to-day and for specific treatment types
